Overnight Oats

You might already have your go to recipe for overnight oats, but if you are trying to be better about actually eating breakfast and getting a little protein before rushing out the door in the morning - you've got to try this recipe!! It has everything you need to start your day right: plant protein, fiber, antioxidants, healthy fats and micronutrients.



Ingredients:

Organic Rolled Oats

Filtered Water

Frozen or Fresh Mixed Berries

Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy - your preference. look for peanut butter in a glass jar with only 1-2 ingredients. Just peanuts or peanuts and sea salt.)

Chia Seeds

Real Maple Syrup

Cinnamon Gogi Berries (optional)

Walnuts


Make It:

In a jar, combine 1/2 oats and 1/2 filtered water, a handful of mixed berries, spoonful of peanut butter, spoonful of chia seeds, drizzle of maple syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon. Give it a stir and place in fridge overnight. When ready to eat, top with dried gogi berries and walnuts. Make a few jars at the beginning of the week for a quick grab and go energizing and brain fueling breakfast all week long. Overnight oat will stay good in the fridge for about 4 days. SO EASY!
